There are many products available on the market. The principle differences are the amount of SiO2) content in the product. Some have levels as low as 5% as typically found in maintenance sprays. Others have as much as 70%. As a general rule the higher the level of SiO2 the more durable the product will be. Our New Car Detail (Ceramic) uses products with very high levels of SiO2 content.

We advise that every 12 months the vehicle is thoroughly decontaminated by the removal of any road tar, iron, tree sap and industrial fallout deposits that may have accumulated. Following that we will apply an SIO2 sealant to rejuvenate the ceramic coating and enhance its hydrophobic properties.

Coating are carefully applied by certified applicator’s as a liquid one panel at a time covering the exterior painted surfaces. The paintwork is firstly decontaminated and prepared to ensure the coating achieves a good bond to the paintwork.

It’s a good investment to permanently protect the exterior from deteriorating prematurely and maintain a higher resale value. Less maintenance due to the slickness of the coating won’t allow dirt, brake dust and road tar to stick to your paint, wheels or glass nearly as much making cleaning your vehicle a much more enjoyable and effortless process. Not to mention you will see ultimate gloss and colour depth not comparable to anything else. Properly maintained vehicles will shine like new for many years to come.

Ceramic coatings are extremely durable vehicle protection systems. Depending on the coating used they are suitable for use on paintwork, wheels, glass and plastic trim.

The window film used by Electric Auto Films has the technology to make film color stable, thus carrying a lifetime warranty that guarantees no color change. We offer FREE removal and replacement of the window tint (film and labor) in the case that you happen to get a "Fix-It" ticket. Bring the car in so that we can remove it. Once you are cleared, bring your vehicle back and we will install the film back on. All free of charge.

We recommend that you leave your vehicle windows rolled up for at least 24 hours after window film has been installed. This allows the film to cure and adhere to the glass before the window is moved.

Our invisible bra films are UV Stable, so the sun discolors the entire vehicle at the same rate. As long as you maintain the vehicle’s paint on a regular basis, washing and waxing, there will be virtually no difference.

The amount of time varies, depending on your type of vehicle. A complete car can take 2 to 4 hours. Full-sized trucks generally take between an hour and an hour and a half. A set of front doors usually only takes 30-45 minutes. If old aftermarket film has to be removed, that can add anywhere from 30 minutes to half a day.

Window film is a thin, multi-layered polyester material that incorporates the many different layers to control different properties, including Ultra-Violet (UV) light, heat, glare, and privacy. Window film comes in a variety of performance levels and shades.

The urethane film comes to us in a large roll form and we computer cut designs to exactly fit various surfaces. We use water, soap and isopropyl alcohol to then apply the clear urethan film to the vehicle. Yes, the Clear Auto Bra is removable, but it is not reusable once removed.

The acidic reaction from bugs does not affect the surface of the film the same way it affects the paint, so the residue can be washed off with car soap and water easier than it would be from the paint. Never leave bug splatters on the clear bra for an extended period of time, as it may stain the film as well.

Installation will vary. Much of the timeline depends on the amount of coverage and the particular vehicle. It usually takes couple of hours to a full day, but small jobs can take just an hour. Large wraps can take few days.

Yes. The urethane film is energy absorbent. What this means is that you won't have to be worried about rock chips or light damage from bugs and other road debris.

The film is 99.5 percent optically clear and virtually invisible to detect. In short, no one will know its there.
